Medical Gases Administration

Overview:

This course provides the necessary knowledge and skills to enable safe administration of both oxygen therapy and nitrous oxide(Entonox).
 

Who should attend?

All delegates should be able to demonstrate competency in first aid training either by First Aid at Work certification or similar.
 

Course Outcome:

On-Going assessment across the course by NHS trained Ambulance Personeel will result in a certificate of competency to successful deleagtes.

O2 & N2O2 Administration Protocols Equipment Checks and Assembly Delivery Systems Risk Assessments Hazards, Precautions and contraindications Airway Management
